Position Overview

Aon Talent Solutions helps organizations across EMEA make better workforce decisions through market-leading human capital advisory, rewards, talent, assessment, and workforce analytics solutions. This role will focus on solutioning, strengthening how we codify advisory approaches,

converting market and client insights into scalable assets, and advancing the analytics, business analysis, and innovation agenda across the region.

The Lead will serve as a thought partner to EMEA Talent Solutions leaders, helping translate client priorities, workforce trends, and regional market dynamics into practical, forward-looking capabilities, with a focus on the use of AI tooling and automation to improve delivery quality, commercial relevance, and client impact. Delivery of high-quality consulting outputs and reports will remain part of the role, but as an enabler of broader solution development rather than the primary focus.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and prototype creative solutions that address emerging EMEA client themes, regulatory shifts, and workforce priorities.
- Codify recurring advisory work into repeatable frameworks, templates, and digital assets to scale impact across EMEA.
- Partner with digital, AI, and automation teams to embed AI agents, prompt libraries, and analytics tools into the advisory workflow.
- Lead ideation forums and innovation sprints for the EMEA advisory community.
- Lead the collection and analysis of complex workforce metrics, employee engagement data, and compensation benchmarks.
- Apply advanced statistical tools and analytics techniques to derive actionable insights that inform strategic consulting recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings, trends, and strategic recommendations for client and leadership presentations.
- Build trusted relationships with EMEA consultants, solution line leaders, and cross-regional GCC partners.
- Represent the GCC team in solutioning discussions, contributing perspective on feasibility, scalability, and value.
- Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities with executive clarity.

- Lead the production of boardroom-ready advisory outputs, including benchmarking, market intelligence, workforce analytics, and strategic analysis for EMEA client engagements.
- Translate complex data sets into decision-grade narratives that shape consultant and client recommendations.
- Lead business analysis across EMEA workstreams, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
- Direct research on industry standards and trends to keep EMEA advisory content current and market relevant.
- Oversee the drafting, review, and finalization of advisory outputs, job architecture, and role frameworks for client organizations.
- Tailor solutions to reflect client culture, regulatory context, and role expectations across EMEA markets.
- Coach and develop colleagues by building capability in solutioning, analytics, AI tooling, and automation.
- Provide day-to-day guidance on priorities, quality standards, stakeholder commitments, and performance expectations to ensure the team delivers with consistency, accountability, and commercial relevance.

Required Skills

- Previous client-facing consulting or advisory experience is strongly preferred, given the role’s direct involvement in senior client engagements and solutions to discussions.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and creative solutioning in a professional service or GCC workplace.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, statistical software, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Advanced proficiency in AI-enabled tools, including Copilot and prompt engineering, with demonstrated experience driving digital adoption, automation, and measurable productivity improvement.
- Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal, for engagement with senior leadership and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams while also driving individual initiative.

What We Offer

- Professional development opportunities across advisory, analytics, AI, and consulting skills.
- Mentorship from senior EMEA and GCC leaders.
- Networking exposure across Aon global teams and events.
- Real-world experience on live EMEA client engagements with measurable business impact
