About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Executive in our hotel sourcing and contracting function. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the Indian hospitality landscape, strong supplier relationships, and proven experience in hotel procurement, contracting, and team management. This role requires a strategic professional who can drive hotel partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure seamless hotel sourcing across PAN India while delivering the highest standards of service and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Hotel Operations & Procurement, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely service delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end hotel operations, including hotel sourcing, confirmations, documentation, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
- Source, negotiate, and contract hotels across PAN India for corporate travel, MICE, group bookings, and event requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotels, hotel chains, and key hospitality partners.
- Liaise with hotel sales teams, revenue managers, and contracting teams to secure competitive commercial terms, inventory, and value-added benefits.
- Manage hotel procurement requirements for both day-use and overnight stays while ensuring cost optimization and service excellence.
- Work closely with Sales,



Operations, and Client Success teams to fulfil business and client requirements effectively.
- Handle operational and client escalations, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor hotel partner performance, service quality, contractual compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Utilize OTA platforms and other hotel distribution channels to identify suitable inventory and support procurement activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, hotel pricing, inventory availability, and industry developments to support informed business decisions.
- Drive process improvements, maintain operational SOPs, and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel Operations, Hotel Procurement, Hotel Contracting, or Hospitality Operations.
- Strong knowledge of pan-India hotel operations and the hospitality ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience working with 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star hotels.
- Good understanding and practical experience with OTA platforms (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)

- Experience in hotel procurement, contracting, rate negotiations, and supplier management.
- Strong network and professional relationships with hotels, hotel chains, and industry stakeholders.
- Experience working with renowned hotel brands such as Taj, Hyatt, Marriott, Radisson, ITC, Hilton, Accor, Oberoi, or similar hospitality groups.
- Proven ability to handle client and operational escalations efficiently while ensuring timely resolution.
- Experience in end-to-end hotel operations, including sourcing, confirmations, documentation, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
- Exposure to MICE, corporate travel, or event hotel operations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
