? Role: Home Loan Executive – Inside Sales
? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
? Working Days: 6 days a week
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services sales
- Strong experience in inside sales and lead conversion
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home loan products
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working with CRM and sales processes
- Target-oriented and result-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert internal home loan leads
- Connect with customers and understand their loan requirements
- Explain home loan products, eligibility and process
- Follow up with customers and collect required documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records
