We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned Vice Principal or Head Mistress with a specialized background in Pre-Primary education to lead our academic team. This pivotal role demands an individual who can effectively oversee daily operations while fostering a nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a deep understanding of early childhood development and curriculum delivery.

This position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from 40,000 to 60,000, tailored to the candidate's specific experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for the Pre-Primary division, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
- Manage and mentor teaching staff to maintain high standards of instruction and classroom management.
- Oversee the implementation of the CBSE curriculum, ensuring compliance with assessment patterns and educational standards.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities to support continuous growth among faculty members.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the school administration, parents, and the community to build solid collaborative relationships.
- Monitor student progress and ensure the adoption of student-centered learning methodologies across all grade levels.




- Coordinate daily school activities within the standard operational hours of 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM.

Requirements

Requirements

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in English, History, Political Science, Sociology, or a related field; a Master's degree in the relevant discipline is strongly preferred.
- Possess at least two years of proven teaching experience within a CBSE-affiliated school environment.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of CBSE syllabi, evaluation frameworks, and pedagogical standards for English and Social Science subjects.
- Show a track record of successfully teaching literature, language arts, and social studies concepts to diverse student groups.
- Exhibit proficiency in integrating modern educational technology and digital resources into lesson planning and delivery.
- Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cultivate positive interactions with students, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a strong commitment to professional development and innovative teaching practices.
- Be available to work the full school day from 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM.
