Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Materials Sourcing professionals within the Real Estate (Builder) vertical, focused on building projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing construction activities at project sites, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring work is executed as per design, safety standards, and quality requirements. Team members will monitor project progress, manage site documentation, support scheduling, and address on-site issues to keep projects on track.

The role also involves sourcing building materials, negotiating with suppliers, optimizing costs,



and maintaining inventory to support continuous construction operations. Collaboration with project management, procurement, and finance teams is essential to align site execution with project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Real Estate Development, including understanding of building construction processes and developer-side operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management and Property Management, such as scheduling, coordination, site supervision, and facility-related oversight.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales related to real estate projects, including stakeholder communication and basic commercial understanding of property transactions.
- Relevant experience in construction site supervision, materials sourcing, vendor management, and cost control in building projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and local building regulations in Mumbai or similar urban environments.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, and collaborate effectively with engineering and contractor teams.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
