We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Process in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through international voice process.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain professional communication and follow process guidelines.
- Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process.




- Candidates with solid English communication skills are preferred.
- Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Hyderabad location.
