We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Expert with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in running and optimizing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.

Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI/ROAS
- Handle healthcare lead generation campaigns effectively
- Research audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies
- Monitor ad performance and optimize daily campaign budgets
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies
- Stay updated with latest Meta Ads trends and platform updates





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads
- Experience working with healthcare clients/campaigns preferred
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Understanding of CPL, CTR, CPM, and ROAS metrics
- Ability to optimize and scale campaigns effectively
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Bonus Skills

- Experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or wellness brands
- Knowledge of funnels and landing pages
- Creative strategy understanding for high-performing ads
- Familiarity with AI tools for ad creatives and copywriting
