Head- Sourcing & Costing Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Costing of parts under recent development, ECN, after getting all details as per freezed format under Sheet metal, casting, forging, fasteners, Plastic, rubber, Proprietary and WH commodities Study and review price impact due to RM revision for sheet metal, casting, forging & machining parts as per OEM settlement. Review of supplementary provision to FAC for increase/decrease, Review of MIS for Price Revision w.r.t RM, ECN, Process and other content. Gross weight validation of major sheet metal, forging, casting, wiring harness (Copper), Plastic parts, actualization of new development components.

Overall

Liasioning with vendors for cost cutting, renegotiation etc. Data collection of costing norms of other OEM's Accounts reconciliation/SAP /5S activities.
