Head of Strategic Staffing Partnerships (HR & IT Staffing Alliances)

About the Role

We're looking for a highly connected, senior staffing industry veteran to open and close HR/staffing partnerships and subcontract opportunities on our behalf — with the ability to bring in real, executable contracts from day one, not build relationships from scratch. This is a network-driven role: we need someone whose existing relationships and credibility in the staffing industry translate directly into business, quickly.

What you'll own

- Securing staffing/subcontracting partnerships with major IT services companies (TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, and similar) — bringing us in as a vendor/subcontractor for their contract staffing and resource requirements
- Building and closing partnerships with HR and recruitment agencies in the market, positioning our verified candidate pool and hiring capacity as a resource they can tap into
- Owning the full relationship lifecycle — from opening the conversation through vendor empanelment, contract negotiation, and ongoing account management
- Identifying and closing staffing subcontract opportunities beyond the Big 4 — mid-size IT companies, GCCs, and other staffing agencies looking to subcontract fulfillment
- Acting as the face of our staffing capability in the market — representing us credibly in front of enterprise procurement/vendor management teams
- Reporting pipeline, closed partnerships, and contract value to the COO

What we're looking for — hard requirements

- 15–20+ years in HR, staffing, or recruitment industry, with a strong, current, active professional network across major IT services companies and staffing/recruitment agencies — not a dated network from early career,



but relationships you are actively engaged with today
- Demonstrated ability to secure vendor empanelment or staffing subcontracts with large IT services companies (TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, or similar) — you should be able to speak to specific relationships and past deals, not just industry familiarity
- Proven track record closing staffing partnerships or subcontract agreements — B2B deal-closing experience specific to the staffing/recruitment industry, not general sales
- Deep understanding of how vendor empanelment, RFPs, and staffing subcontract processes work at large IT services companies — procurement cycles, compliance/vendor onboarding requirements, rate card negotiations
- Ability to bring in executable opportunities quickly — this role is evaluated on real pipeline and closed contracts within the first few months, not long-term relationship-building from zero
- Strong existing relationships with decision-makers at recruitment/staffing agencies who could subcontract work to us

What we're looking for — positive to have

- Prior experience running or holding a senior role at a staffing/recruitment agency, RPO, or IT services vendor-management function
- Experience specifically in contract/temp staffing models (not just permanent placement), given our engagement model
- Existing empanelment or vendor status with any major IT services company, in your own name or a prior organization, that could be leveraged
