About the Role Lead, develop, and implement Industrial Engineering (IE) strategies and initiatives across the product segment to support productivity, quality, cost optimization, manufacturing excellence, and capacity management objectives. Ensure alignment with regional and divisional manufacturing standards while advancing innovation, new product and process industrialization, and operational excellence.​

What you can look forward to as Head of Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

- Lead the development, standardization, and optimization of manufacturing processes to drive safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Establish and implement industrial engineering methodologies, work measurement systems, process standards, and technical KPIs across manufacturing operations.
- Develop and execute capacity planning, footprint optimization, and productivity improvement strategies aligned with business demand and S&OP; requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing performance metrics including OEE, cycle time, labor productivity, resource utilization, and operational costs.
- Lead the industrialization of recent products, production lines, automation solutions, and advanced manufacturing technologies to support business growth and innovation.




- Manage capital investment, transformation, and industrialization projects, including business case development, CAPEX planning, Make-or-Buy studies, and project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, and operational excellence methodologies to deliver sustainable business results.
- Lead, develop, coach, and support industrial engineering teams while fostering collaboration, capability development, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your profile as Head of Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 15-20 years of management experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations.

- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing planning and industrialization.
- Experience implementing manufacturing technologies that improve operational performance.
- Experience leading productivity improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated expertise in CAPEX planning and project management.
- Experience managing complex industrialization projects in multinational environments.
