We are partnering with a leading global industrial group to appoint a Founding Leader for its new Global Capability Centre in Chennai.

This is a unique prospect to build a GCC from the ground up and shape it into a strategic capability hub for the Group.

The mandate includes:

- Defining the GCC’s operating model, governance, service structure and activation roadmap
- Leading phased transitions across Finance, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain
- Building Centres of Expertise across Engineering, BIM, Analytics and AI
- Driving process transformation, automation, technology adoption and measurable value creation
- Building the leadership team, talent strategy and high performance culture
- Managing senior stakeholders across India, the Middle East and the wider Group

We are looking for:

- 20+ years of senior leadership experience across EPC,



infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, energy or related industries
- Experience in building or scaling GCCs, GBS or shared services, with greenfield experience a strong advantage
- Strong cross functional leadership across Finance, HR, Procurement and Supply Chain, with exposure to technology and digital transformation
- Proven ability to lead complex transformation programmes and manage multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of industrial operations, project lifecycles and global operating models
- Exposure to SAP / Oracle, automation, analytics or AI is desirable
- MBA or engineering qualification preferred
