Role Summary

Job summary The VP Business Excellence will lead strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives across multiple healthcare client accounts, sites and delivery teams. Lead Quality Assurance for the business – Establish, maintain and improve quality framework to ensure noiseless delivery with optimum cost of operations. Lead efficiency improvement delivering defined targets for the business.

Duties and responsibilities

- Lead and deliver on value creation goals across clients
- Lead identification and execution of cross geo/cross practice projects
- Lead Capability building for a portfolio of practices
- Develop and execute BE strategy for the portfolio aligned to business needs
- Accountable for business impact for the portfolio
- Work with Sr. Leadership on the priority projects and performance fixes
- Provide thought leadership on recent operating models – Leverage digital capabilities to build a lean & effective quality organization. Lead complex (life cycle/ Spotlight account interventions)
- Create proposals for business problems and challenges
- Lead the engagement from Business Excellence for any RFQ/RFPs & new business opportunities, for the practices aligned.

Minimum education and experience required

- Overall 20+ years relevant experience, with Min. 5 years’ experience in US Healthcare
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in technology/ business
- Proven Business Excellence Strategy development & deployment experience
- Six Sigma MBB/Equivalent certified, with excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated capability to leverage technology in designing solutions
- Excellent Facilitation skill, presentation & communication (both written & verbal)
- Multi Geo Stakeholders Management
- Excellent in interfacing with senior stakeholders in the client organization as well as within Sagility
- Excellent in people management and development.
