We’re Hiring: Growth Manager — Swiggy/Zomato Experience Required

Haus Of Brands is looking for a Growth Manager with 1–2 years of experience at Swiggy or Zomato, working closely with restaurant brands, performance, growth, category or account management.

What You’ll Do

- Manage the growth and performance of multiple restaurant brands across delivery platforms
- Analyse sales, visibility, conversion, pricing, offers, customer behaviour and operational performance
- Identify why a brand is growing or declining and develop clear, actionable growth strategies
- Conduct regular business reviews with founders and brand teams, translating data into decisions and next steps
- Coordinate with internal and platform teams to ensure strategies are executed accurately and on time
- Develop a deep understanding of each brand’s business, competition, customers and market

Who We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of relevant experience at Swiggy or Zomato
- Experience in account management, growth, category management, business development or restaurant partnerships
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working extensively with Excel,



numbers and performance data
- Ability to look beyond reports and understand why performance is changing and what needs to be done
- Strong problem solving skills with a bias towards execution
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable interacting directly with founders, restaurant owners and platform teams
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Genuine interest in the restaurant and food-delivery ecosystem
