About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who understands internet culture, enjoys visual storytelling, and is excited to create work that connects brands with people.

You will work closely with writers, strategists, and the creative team to develop impactful campaigns across social media, video, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has solid design fundamentals, thrives in collaborative environments, and wants to grow within a fast-paced agency.

What You'll Do

- Work with the creative team to maintain and evolve brand aesthetics, including colors, typography, visual treatments, and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists to bring ideas to life.
- Create social media creatives, campaign assets, storyboards, mockups, and presentations.
- Contribute to building visual playbooks and brand guidelines.




- Translate ideas into compelling designs across static and motion formats.
- Understand the difference between a big creative idea and tactical execution, and deliver on both.
- Balance multiple projects and manage timelines effectively.
- Stay updated with design trends, technology, and platform-specific formats.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in a digital or creative agency.
- Strong visual design and art direction skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate ideas clearly.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Strong time-management and collaboration skills.
- Passion for cinema, pop culture, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
