Experience: 4–5 Years Location: Sector 58, Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Marketing & Creative About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across multiple brands and business verticals of Bharat Group. The ideal candidate should have strong visual communication skills, a sharp eye for design and trends, and the ability to independently conceptualize and execute high-quality creatives. You will be responsible for creating engaging digital and offline creatives for our various business verticals, social media platforms, campaigns, events, exhibitions and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities  Create creative and visually appealing social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, standees, posters and marketing collaterals.  Develop creatives for all Bharat Group verticals and brands, while maintaining individual brand identities.  Conceptualize fresh and innovative design ideas for marketing campaigns, festivals, events, product launches and corporate communication.  Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.  Work closely with the marketing and management teams to understand campaign objectives and convert concepts into strong visual creatives.  Create reels, thumbnails, motion graphics and short-form visual content wherever required.  Use AI-powered design and creative tools to generate concepts, visuals and improve creative output.  Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for digital, print, exhibitions and outdoor marketing.  Maintain consistency in fonts, layouts, colours, imagery and overall brand guidelines.  Work on urgent and time-sensitive creative requirements while maintaining quality.  Stay updated with latest design trends, AI tools, social media trends and emerging creative formats.

Required Skills  4–5 years of professional graphic design experience.



 Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly: o Adobe Photoshop o Adobe Illustrator o Adobe InDesign o Premiere Pro / After Effects would be an added advantage  Strong working knowledge of Canva.  Comfortable working with AI-based creative and design tools.  Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour theory, layouts and visual hierarchy.  Ability to create both static and digital/motion creatives.  Excellent attention to detail.  Strong creative thinking and ability to develop concepts independently.  Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.  Good communication and teamwork skills.
