- Governance:

Define architecture and comprehensive governance strategies for enterprise GitHub usage.
- Migration &
- Integration: Lead transitions from legacy systems or competitor platforms to scalable GitHub environments.
- Security &
- DevSecOps: Implement advanced security controls—such as GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS)—to align with regulatory and compliance standards
- Workflow Optimization: Design scalable CI/CD pipelines, automated code reviews, and InnerSource models to accelerate developer velocity.
- Strategic Advisory:



Assess organizational maturity, define adoption roadmaps, and report on key success metrics to executive stakeholders.
- Mentorship: Elevate internal engineering standards by coaching technical champions and mentoring consultants.
