Role Summary The General Manager – Projects Delivery will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects, or a single large-scale project, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction are consistently upheld. The role requires strong onsite and offsite coordination, team leadership, and the ability to represent the company at a senior level in front of clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, track, and drive execution of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Liaise with internal teams — Design, Procurement, Commercials, QS, Safety, Quality, and Planning — for seamless project delivery.
- Manage both onsite and offsite deployment of teams as project requirements demand.
- Lead, mentor, and train Senior Managers and their teams; build capability and ensure succession readiness within the team.
- Resolve design-related and technical issues arising during execution, escalating appropriately where required.
- Handle project escalations, client concerns, and other challenges typical of large-scale project management.
- Ensure company processes, policies, and values are upheld consistently across all projects under purview.




- Represent the company in client interactions, project reviews, and key stakeholder meetings, maintaining Acme's standing as a trusted delivery partner
- Support commercial and contractual discussions with clients in coordination with the Commercials team.
- Drive safety and quality compliance across all sites under management.

Candidate Requirements

- 10 to 15 years of experience in interior fit-out, design-build, or general contracting, with demonstrated experience managing mid-to-large scale commercial fit-out projects (mandatory).
- Prior experience independently handling or overseeing projects in the range of ₹10 Cr to ₹25 Cr as a General Manager or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- LEED, WELL, or equivalent sustainability/certification credentials preferred, though not mandatory.
- Proven experience managing multiple project teams simultaneously, or leading a single large, complex project end-to-end.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Project or similar scheduling tools; familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit for design coordination; exposure to ERP-based project tracking systems.
- Willingness to travel and be deployed pan-India as project requirements demand.
