Roles And Responsibilities

- Overseeing a 24-storied building’s maintenance and repair activities including fire prevention equipment
- Supervision of a group of security and technical people.
- Routine maintenance and preventive action
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Capable of completing the task with minimal supervision and developing maintenance procedures
- Any other assignments given by the senior management time to time as and when required

Academic Qualifications

- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
