Role Description The Full-Time Photo Editor & Retoucher will manage the post-production workflow for maternity and newborn photo projects in a remote capacity.

Day-to-day responsibilities include culling and organizing image sets, performing detailed retouching, adjusting color and exposure, and ensuring visual consistency across galleries.

The role also involves collaborating with photographers to interpret creative direction, preparing images for web and social media use, and maintaining organized file systems and backups.

The Photo Editor & Retoucher will work closely with the creative team to meet deadlines, follow brand guidelines, and support a smooth client delivery process.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Photo Retouching and Image Editing skills, with an eye for skin tones, composition, and fine details.
- Candidates should possess Photo Research and Photography skills to support visual storytelling and maintain brand aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess Video Editing skills to create short highlight reels or social media-ready clips from photo and video content.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar software).
- Candidates should possess excellent visual judgment, consistency in style, and the ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Candidates should possess strong time management skills, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
- Prior experience in portrait, maternity, or newborn photography post-production and familiarity with Indian family and cultural contexts are beneficial.
- A portfolio demonstrating photo retouching and editing work, along with relevant education or training in visual arts, photography, or design, is preferred.
