Company Description Tutedude is an e-learning platform founded by IIT Delhi alumni, offering self-paced courses supported by 1:1 live doubt solving and personal mentorship. The platform focuses on combining the flexibility of recorded content with the interactivity of live learning. By integrating rewards-based gamification, Tutedude aims to increase learner motivation and course completion rates.

It addresses gaps in traditional edtech models by providing a more affordable, flexible, and engaging learning experience. Potential team members join a growing organization dedicated to improving how learners interact with online education.

Role Description The Full Stack Development Intern will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining web application features across both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the product and design teams to implement user interfaces, integrating APIs and databases, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing performance and security. The intern will participate in code reviews, write clean and maintainable code,



and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform’s learning and gamification features.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular coordination with cross-functional teams and active participation in planning and development sprints.

Qualifications

- Strong Software Development and Programming skills with exposure to front-end and back-end technologies.
- Solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in Sales or product-focused thinking to understand user needs and business impact.
- Familiarity with web frameworks, databases, and version control tools (e.g., React, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL, Git) is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced workplace, and contribute to team-based projects.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
- Understanding of user experience principles and an interest in edtech and online learning is a plus.
