??? ?????: Full Stack Developer (Data Architecture & Internal Tools)

We are looking for an independent, highly capable Full Stack Developer to architect and build our internal tools from the ground up. In this role, you will be given business problems, not just tickets. You must be able to sit with stakeholders, translate their needs into a technical architecture, model the underlying data, and independently build the full-stack solution.

You will need a deep understanding of how data flows through a system—from third-party webhooks to the database layer, and ultimately to the frontend UI. By combining strong backend fundamentals with modern AI APIs (like Google AI Studio) and AI coding assistants, you will own the entire lifecycle of our internal technical infrastructure.

- End-to-End System Architecture: Take raw business requirements and independently design the system architecture, database schemas, and API contracts before writing a single line of code.
- Backend & Data Engineering: Architect robust backend services and data pipelines. Ensure data integrity, handle complex ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and manage asynchronous tasks securely.
- Full Stack Development: Build high-performance frontend interfaces that consume your APIs, ensuring seamless state management and an intuitive user experience for internal teams.
- AI Integration: Leverage Google AI Studio (Gemini) and other LLM APIs to build intelligent features into our internal workflows (e.g., RAG pipelines, automated data parsing, and semantic search).
- Systems Integration & Zoho: Connect fragmented third-party systems using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks. Write occasional custom scripts (using Zoho Deluge)



to ensure our core application data syncs perfectly with our Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, People).

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of software development experience, with a portfolio demonstrating full-stack applications built and deployed independently.
- Backend & API Design: Strong proficiency in server-side languages (Python/FastAPI/Django or Node.js/Express). Deep understanding of RESTful API principles, request handling, and secure authentication (OAuth, JWT).
- Data Architecture: Solid grasp of relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases. You must understand database normalization, schema design, indexing, and how to write efficient queries.
- Data Flow & State Management: Comprehensive understanding of how data moves through a system. Familiarity with webhook event handling, caching strategies (Redis), and frontend state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
- Frontend Development: Proficiency in modern component-based frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue) and building responsive user interfaces.
- Deployment & Tooling: Comfort with Git version control, basic containerization (Docker), and deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Vercel).
