We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stake Developer to join our growing engineering team.

As a Full Stake engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end web applications, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and security across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Development: Lead the full lifecycle of web application development, from requirement analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, to ongoing maintenance.
- Backend Development: Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js, and other Java frameworks, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Frontend Development: Build modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with an emphasis on usability and performance.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud environments, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.
- API Integration & Microservices: Develop and consume RESTful APIs, microservices,



and third-party integrations to create a seamless user experience.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and establish best practices for code maintainability and testability.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior developers, facilitate technical knowledge sharing, and promote best practices within the team.
- Performance & Security: Conduct performance tuning, security audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create technical documentation, project reports, and client presentations to communicate progress and technical insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends; propose innovative ideas to improve existing systems.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Full Stake developer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of server-side languages and modern backend and frontend frameworks
- Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, cloud environments, and containerization
- Ability to work in a collaborative, agile development environment
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities

Nice to Have:

- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Frontend (Angular, React, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of Backend (Java, Node.js)
- Background in DevOps or site reliability
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
