As a Freelance Recruiter, you will receive AI-filtered candidate leads through our platform. Your role will be to connect with candidates, follow up with them, and help suitable candidates reach the interview stage.

What You’ll Do

- Receive AI-filtered candidate leads from our platform

- Call candidates directly through our app

- No personal SIM card or mobile number required

- Explain job opportunities and understand candidate interest

- Follow up with interested candidates

- Coordinate interview schedules

- Help candidates move through the recruitment process

- Update candidate status through the app
