About the Opportunity growfurTHR is building a network of freelance recruiters and independent recruitment professionals to work with us on live hiring requirements.

We primarily handle Sales hiring, with most requirements currently focused on Delhi NCR.

If you're good at finding candidates but don't want to spend your time constantly looking for clients, this collaboration could be a good fit.

What You'll Handle
- Candidate sourcing
- Initial screening
- Shortlisting relevant profiles
- Interview coordination
- Candidate follow-ups through the hiring process
- Joining follow-up

How You Earn This is a commission-based revenue-sharing collaboration.

You earn a commission for every successful placement you make.

Commission is released after the candidate joins and once growfurTHR receives the corresponding payment from the client.

There is no fixed salary or upfront payment under this model.

The commission structure and applicable terms will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before you start working on a requirement.





Who We're Looking For We're open to:

- Freelance Recruiters
- Independent Recruitment Consultants
- Talent Acquisition Professionals
- Recruiters working independently
- Experienced recruiters looking to build an additional income stream through placements

Sales recruitment experience will be preferred, particularly experience with BDE, Inside Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, IT Sales and related roles.

Delhi NCR sourcing experience is an advantage.
