The company aims to replace manual, fragmented processes with a scalable operating system that allows property owners to remotely manage, rent, sell, and maintain their homes. Role Description The Founding Operations Lead – Property Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role will oversee day-to-day operations across gated community properties, including onboarding buildings, setting up standardized processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for owners and residents. The person in this role will coordinate with internal product and technology teams to translate on-ground needs into workflows, playbooks, and operating standards, and monitor performance through operational metrics and data dashboards.

Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, supervising field teams, resolving escalations, and implementing continuous improvements in property management procedures.

Lead will also contribute to strategic decisions, help shape the operating model as the company scales, and support hiring and training for future operations staff.

Qualifications

- Operational excellence and process management skills, including experience in building SOPs, scaling service operations, and driving on-ground efficiency.
- Stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate with property owners, residents, vendors, and internal teams.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, including comfort with basic analytics, KPI tracking, and using dashboards or reports to improve performance.
- Leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring staff, coordinating field teams, and managing performance in a growing organization.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle escalations, negotiate solutions, and maintain a calm, professional approach.
- Background in property management, real estate operations, facilities management, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Experience working in early-stage or fast-growing startups, with a willingness to work hands-on and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, real estate, or a related discipline; relevant skilled certifications are a plus.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with readiness to visit communities regularly and manage field operations.
