Role Overview

This is a remote, flexible internship at the Founder’s Office of Closing Gap, working closely with the founders on day-to-day execution. The role involves supporting operations, content, hiring coordination, community activities, and basic client communication. You will help turn ideas and discussions into action and get hands-on exposure to how a growing business is run.

This internship is ideal for students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals who want practical learning, real responsibility, and founder-level exposure.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the founders to support daily execution and follow-ups

Help convert discussions, ideas, and plans into simple action items

Create and publish articles, blogs, and posts across platforms

Plan, schedule, and manage social media updates

Post job openings and coordinate interview scheduling with HR

Manage online communities and handle basic engagement

Support email communication with clients and vendors

Maintain simple trackers, documents, and shared folders

Assist with calendar management, meetings, and coordination





Support general operational and coordination needs as required
