Work directly with the Founder across growth, B2B partnerships, city expansion, experience onboarding, marketing, events, and strategic projects. A hands-on role where no two days look the same - from finding the next great experience to building partnerships, launching new ideas, and taking them from "what if?" to execution.

About UnnwrapUnnwrap is an experience gifting platform helping people gift meaningful experiences instead of things. We work across wellness, food, lifestyle, creative workshops, adventure, and more, across multiple cities.

The RoleYou'll work directly with the Founder across growth, partnerships, B2B, city expansion, onboarding, marketing, and events.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes taking ownership, figuring things out, and seeing ideas through from start to finish.

What You'll Own

- Partnerships & Onboarding: Identify and onboard experiences, vendors, and partners across four cities in India and more based on expansion plans.
- B2B Growth: Build corporate experiential gifting partnerships, generate leads, manage the pipeline, and support client acquisition.
- Growth & Marketing: Work on LinkedIn, lead generation, website traffic, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- City Expansion: Research new markets, build partner pipelines, and support launches in new cities.
- Events & Collaborations:



Help plan and execute events, pop-ups, and brand partnerships with the team.
- Founder's Office: Work directly with the Founder on strategic projects, research, pitches, and recent business opportunities as required. Assist in any important tasks.

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development, strategy, consulting, or startups.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple things at once.
- Someone who can work independently and take ownership without constant direction.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Curious, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
