About Us:

Diamo is a US-facing lab-grown diamond jewelry brand. We source directly, make to order, and keep the pricing honest. We are early-stage and growing.

We are looking for a generalist to sit close to the founder and own execution across the business. B2B prospecting, Affiliate outreach, social media coordination, Shopify updates, Reddit presence, and whatever else needs moving. The scope is wide.

What you will own:

- B2B prospecting, once the target profile is set
- Affiliate and influencer outreach from sourcing to follow-up
- Daily Reddit presence and community building
- Shopify product and content updates
- Light ops, including affiliate codes, commissions, social media content management, vendor communications, etc.

Who we are looking for:

- Based in Ahmedabad, India
- Strong written English
- Able to manage multiple workstreams without daily direction
- Loves learning and using AI tools well
- Fast learner, low ego
- Early in career and hungry to build something
- Preferred knowledge of any or all of these: Shopify, Canva,

What you will learn:

- How a DTC brand is built from zero. Includes product, positioning,



and channels at the same time
- Testing various marketing strategies end-to-end, not from a textbook but on a live brand with real relationships
- Shopify operations for a live commerce store
- How to write and maintain a brand voice across outreach, social, and community
- Performance marketing basics through exposure to Google Ads, GMC, and conversion tracking
- Reddit community building as an organic growth channel
- B2B outreach, including list building, first-touch, and response management
- How a founder makes decisions, prioritizes, and manages tradeoffs in real time

What we provide:

- Direct access to the founder. You will not be managed at a distance.
- Clear playbooks for each workstream before you own it. You will know what positive looks like before you are responsible for it.
- All the tools you need: Shopify, Canva, Google Ads, and AI tools for drafting, research, and execution.
- A well-documented brand. You will never be guessing at the voice, the standards, or the direction.

This is an execution role with direct access to the founder. You will see how a brand is built from close range.

In-person Preferred - Ahmedabad. Immediate start preferred.
