Role Description The Food and Beverage Captain is a full-time, on-site role based at Park Inn by Radisson Bilaspur in Manesar. The role involves supervising daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating table assignments, guiding service staff, managing reservations, and overseeing opening and closing procedures. The Food and Beverage Captain monitors food and beverage presentation, supports menu promotions, handles guest feedback,



and ensures adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand standards. The role also includes training team members, assisting with inventory control, and collaborating with the kitchen and management to optimize service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong food and beverage service skills, with experience in restaurant or hotel operations and guest-facing roles.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities, including supervising staff, delegating tasks, and supporting training and development.
- Customer service and communication skills to handle guest interactions, resolve concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operational and organizational skills, such as managing shifts, reservations, billing, and basic reporting.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and quality standards in food and beverage environments.
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Captain or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
