- ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers warmly and assist them with menu selection. Take dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders accurately. Explain menu items, ingredients, customisations and add-ons to customers. Operate the POS/billing system and handle cash, UPI and card payments. Ensure orders are prepared and handed over accurately and on time. Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth order flow. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area and front-of-house. Ensure food presentation and packaging meet Green Feast standards. Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally. Suggest relevant add-ons,



beverages and upgrades where appropriate. Monitor front-end stock such as packaging, cutlery, tissues, sauces and beverages. Follow all company SOPs related to hygiene, service, billing and customer experience. Support opening and closing duties of the outlet. Maintain a positive, professional and energetic attitude during peak hours.

Candidate

RequirementsMinimum 12th pass preferred. Prior experience in a QSR, café, restaurant or hospitality business is preferred. Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills can also apply. Good communication and basic English/Hindi skills. Comfortable using POS systems and digital payment methods. Presentable, punctual and disciplined. Ability to work efficiently during busy hours. Strong customer-service mindset. Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends and holidays.
