About the role

OGS India is seeking a Lead with strong accounting and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. This might be a outstanding fit if you have a strong flair of analytical and accounting skills and would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.

- Lead / Supervise a team of 4-7 members and ensure seamless transition / delivery.
- Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports including monthly profit and loss forecast by various agencies, locations etc.
- Develop and deliver financial models and analysis for the executive leadership teams
- Financial Analysis – Provide and present meaningful, concise, and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performances (actual versus budget/forecast/ prior quarters etc.)
- Develop, Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
- Review month / quarter / Year close activities for all the businesses.




- Publish and prepare different Business / Management reports including Ad-hoc reports
- Develop/Support corporate consolidation analysis and reporting including yearly operating plan for the company
- Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects (as required)

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience: This may be the right role for you if you have:

- Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 6-8 years of experience in business FP&A; Operations (mandatory).
- Having prior experience into R2R processes is (Preferred)
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools
- Having Good Knowledge of US GAAP.
- Flexibility to take up different assignments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities




- Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus
