Finance Head for a fast-growing, digital-first D2C consumer brand that is disrupting the oral-care category and has built a strong market presence within a short span.This is a high-ownership leadership role for a finance skilled who can partner closely with the business and drive financial planning, performance, compliance and decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall finance charter and set financial goalsOwn financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and MISDrive corporate accounting and financial/regulatory reportingStrengthen financial controls, processes and SOPsLead FP&A;, revenue assurance, banking, taxation and accountingBuild weekly visibility into





P&L; and cash flowsDrive quarterly consolidated financials and audit/board reportingEnsure compliance with applicable accounting, tax and regulatory requirementsPartner with leadership on fundraising, debt/equity and due diligenceIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and financial governanceWhat We're Looking For✅

CA Qualified / MBA - Finance✅ 5–7 years of relevant experience✅ Strong experience in

D2C / FMCG / consumer businesses✅ Strong understanding of reconciliation, sales and financial controls✅ Experience across accounting, FP&A;, taxation and reporting✅ Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills✅ Ability to operate in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
