? Home Loan Field Executive ? Location: Virar West ? Employment Type: Full-Time ? Company: Aaradhya Finance & Realty Pvt. Ltd. Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP) and related financial products.

Visit customers, builders, brokers and other referral sources for business development. Meet prospective customers and understand their loan requirements. Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.

Coordinate with customers, banks/HFCs and internal teams throughout the loan process. Follow up on leads, applications, sanction and disbursement. Develop and maintain relationships with builders, channel partners, property dealers and customers .

Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets. Maintain regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements Experience:



1–3 years in Home Loan / LAP / Banking / DSA / Financial Services preferred. Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply. Good knowledge of the Virar–Vasai–Nalasopara market will be an advantage. Good communication and convincing skills. Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings. Should have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence . Target-oriented and self-motivated. ? Salary &
