Role Description The Field Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for various client accounts and internal requirements. This role involves sourcing candidates through field visits, local networks, job boards, walk-ins, and recruitment drives, as well as screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview rounds.

The Field

Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, manage documentation, and support onboarding processes to ensure timely and quality hiring. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements,



tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and representing StarkMind professionally at job fairs and community outreach events. The role requires regular interaction with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience and alignment with client staffing needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and compliance related to hiring and onboarding.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requirements, maintain databases, and meet hiring timelines.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with MS Office tools, recruitment platforms, and the ability to prepare simple reports and trackers.
- Preferably, candidates should have prior experience in field recruitment, mass hiring, or staffing for BPO, retail, or services sectors.
- Preferably, candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Bengaluru, travel locally for recruitment activities, and adapt to a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
