We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, good relationships with doctors and chemists in the assigned area, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals regularly.
- Promote and explain the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product sales in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors and customers.
- Ensure proper availability of products at pharmacies and distributors.
- Develop new doctors and customers within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Submit daily/weekly reports regarding doctor visits,



sales activities, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with stockists and distributors regarding product availability and orders.
- Participate in company meetings, product training, conferences, and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative / Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local pharmaceutical market.
- Existing relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors will be preferred.
- Ability to achieve sales targets independently.
- Positive presentation and product-promotion skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Candidate should be disciplined, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of reporting through mobile/WhatsApp/email/CRM is preferred.

Education :

Candidates with B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., or other relevant qualifications will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
