Company Description St. Peter’s Medical College, Hospital and Research Institute was established in 2008 by the SPIHER Trust to provide accessible medical care to economically disadvantaged communities in the Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri districts of Tamil Nadu. The institution focuses on serving the “poorest of the poor” and improving health outcomes in some of the most underserved and remote villages in the region.

In addition to patient care, the college is dedicated to training medical graduates from rural and marginalized backgrounds. By combining clinical services, medical education, and research, St. Peter’s aims to strengthen healthcare delivery and community wellbeing across these districts.

Role Description The Executive Corporate Relations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hosur. The Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with corporate partners, healthcare organizations, and industry stakeholders to support hospital services, academic programs, and research initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating corporate outreach and meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing corporate communication and engagement activities.

The Executive will collaborate with hospital administration, academic leadership, and the research team to develop corporate tie-ups for internships,



placements, sponsorships, and community health programs. The role also involves tracking partnership outcomes, maintaining relationship databases, and representing the institution at external events, conferences, and corporate forums.

- Candidates should possess solid relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and networking skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation for effective corporate interactions.
- Candidates should possess abilities in business development, partnership management, and proposal writing.
- Candidates should possess organizational, coordination, and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in corporate relations, institutional partnerships, or business development, preferably in healthcare or education.
- Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, with a collaborative and professional approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or database tools; familiarity with reporting and documentation practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of local languages would be an added advantage.
