We are looking for a versatile Executive – Marketing & Operations to support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing while also managing day-to-day operational processes that keep the business running smoothly. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of creative execution and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
- Coordinate content creation (social posts, newsletters, brochures, presentations) with internal teams or agencies
- Manage marketing calendars, track campaign timelines, and ensure timely execution
- Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare basic reports
- Support event planning, webinars, and promotional activities
- Liaise with vendors, designers, and external agencies

Operations

- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational workflows for the team
- Track budgets, raise POs, process invoices, and manage vendor payments related to marketing spend




- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and trackers for ongoing projects
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, HR, and finance for smooth execution
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency
- Handle scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a marketing and/or operations role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or CRM/project management software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment

Nice to Have

- Experience with social media management or paid campaigns
- Basic understanding of budgeting/vendor management processes
