Human Design Education Pvt. Ltd. (Victor Manickam Knowledge Group) is looking for an EA to work as a strategic partner to our CEO.

We're a 35-person service group with multiple entities. You'll run the CEO's daily operations, act as the bridge between our business units, and help make sure clients get top-tier service.

Open to freshers. If you're sharp, organised and want a front-row seat to how a business is run, this is a strong place to start.

What you'll do

- Cross-entity calendaring - Manage the CEO's schedule across business units, prioritising client-facing meetings and service delivery goals
- Inbox & client management - Screen the CEO's emails, flag urgent service issues, direct internal questions to the right managers
- Meeting operations - Attend leadership meetings, track action items across companies, hold people to their deadlines
- Client & vendor relations - Be a skilled point of contact for high-value clients, partners and vendors




- Travel & expenses - Coordinate multi-stop itineraries and organise monthly expense reports across entities
- Special projects - Research, draft client proposals, help organise team and client events

What we're looking for

- Freshers welcome, or up to 1 year of administrative experience - service industry preferred
- Adaptability - Pivot quickly between different priorities, brands and client needs
- Communication - Polished written and verbal skills, client-ready
- Technical savvy - Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus willingness to learn Asana, Trello or Slack
- Discretion - Absolute confidentiality on finances, client contracts and personnel matters
