Role Description The Exclusive Talent Manager (Influencer) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru or Mumbai. This role involves managing relationships with influencers, identifying and onboarding new talent, and helping them grow as content creators.

The Talent

Manager will oversee contract negotiations, campaign planning, and performance tracking for assigned creators. Daily responsibilities include coordinating content calendars, monitoring social media trends, ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines,



and supporting influencers with strategic guidance. The role also requires close collaboration with internal creative, strategy, and analytics teams to optimize influencer campaigns and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital content trends
- Experience in talent management, account management, or influencer marketing, preferably within an agency environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and derive insights
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience working directly with influencers or content creators is an advantage
