About One MerakiOne Meraki is a premium resort-inspired residential development focused on delivering exceptional hospitality, lifestyle and resident experiences.

RoleWe are looking for a creative and hands-on Event Management Executive to independently plan and execute community events and lifestyle experiences at One Meraki.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute festivals, workshops, wellness sessions, sports activities and resident events.
- Manage the annual event calendar in coordination with the Director.
- Coordinate with vendors, artists, decorators, caterers and event partners.
- Manage budgets, quotations, negotiations and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with Resident Experience Manager, and Facility teams.
- Handle event communication,



invitations and schedules.
- Conduct post-event feedback and prepare event reports.
- Develop new and engaging experiences aligned with One Meraki's luxury positioning.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
- 3–6 years of event planning and execution experience.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, residential communities, lifestyle clubs or premium brands preferred.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Creative, organized and comfortable working on weekends/public holidays when required.
