? We’re Hiring | ERP Demo & Pre-Sales Executive

- GB Technologies is looking for a confident and client-focused skilled to join our team in Rajkot.
- Conduct product demos of our ERP, Jewellery Management Software and related applications to prospective clients.
- Understand the client's business process, workflow, challenges and software requirements.
- Ask the right questions and identify gaps in the client's current system.
- Explain software features and demonstrate relevant modules according to client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain proper client requirement notes and feedback after every demo.
- Regularly follow up with leads and maintain a proper lead status.
- Coordinate with the internal ERP/Product team regarding client requirements and feedback.
- Understand whether a requirement is already available, requires configuration, or may require customization.
- Maintain regular communication with clients until the lead is converted or closed.




- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and solution discussions.
- Build a good understanding of our ERP modules, including Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Production, Job Work, Manufacturing, Accounts, Orders and Jewellery-specific workflows.
- Travel for client meetings or demos when required.

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, Computer/IT or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in ERP Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Consulting, Software Demo, Business Development or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience with ERP software or business management applications will be preferred.
- Jewellery industry experience is a major plus, especially experience with jewellery manufacturing, wholesale, inventory, production or accounting processes.
- Candidates with experience working with jewellery ERP/software companies will be highly preferred.

Experience in the jewellery industry will be a strong advantage.⭐
