- L2/L3 Production Support
- Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management
- ERP Platforms: Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle EBS / SAP / Microsoft Dynamics
- ServiceNow or ITSM Ticketing Tools
- SQL for Data Analysis & Validation
- Testing, Deployment & Documentation
- ITIL Process Knowledge Responsibilities - Provide AMS support for ERP applications.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues.
- Perform application enhancements, configuration, and bug fixes.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams.
- Support upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.
- Prepare SOPs, KT documents, and support documentation.
- Work with business users and stakeholders for ongoing support. Requirement - 4-8 years of ERP AMS/Production Support experience.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management processes.
