Unstop is hiring for Enterprise Sales to drive revenue growth and build long-lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Strategize on maximizing revenue from both existing and new products/services across markets
- Present, promote, and sell solutions with strong business arguments to prospective clients
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of clients to create tailored solutions
- Build, develop, and maintain trusted client relationships
- Achieve sales targets within deadlines while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
- Analyze market potential, trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Provide insights to management on client needs, industry challenges,
and opportunities for recent products/services
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, emerging trends, and innovative sales strategies
What You Bring
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in B2B / IT sales, HR Tech
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT,or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for building partnerships and business alliances
- Bonus points if you’ve been part of a campus placement committee or participated in large-scale campus engagement programs
- Experience in IT product sales will be highly valued
