Job Title - Branding & Communication Consultant

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for a creative and strategic Branding & Communications professional to strengthen the organization's brand identity, employee engagement, and external presence. The role will own communication strategy, brand positioning, content development, corporate events, and internal/external communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organization's branding and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain consistency of brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual standards across all communication channels.
- Create and manage content for internal communications,



social media, websites, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and corporate collateral.
- Drive employee communication and engagement initiatives, including town halls, leadership communication, campaigns, celebrations, and organizational announcements.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's image as an employer of choice.
- Manage corporate branding activities, events, campaigns, and external communication programs.
- Develop leadership communication including speeches, presentations, messages, articles, and executive communications.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Branding, Marketing Communications, or Employer Branding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent content writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing internal and external communication campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and corporate identity.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of digital and social media communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Strong event planning and execution skills.
- Experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar communication/design tools is desirable.
- Solid creative thinking with a business-oriented approach.
