Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. In this position, the specialist plans, builds, and executes email marketing campaigns that support e-commerce and digital growth objectives, including promotional, transactional, and lifecycle communications. Daily responsibilities include segmenting audiences, creating and scheduling email workflows, managing subscriber lists, performing A/B tests, and monitoring campaign performance.

The role involves close collaboration with marketing, design, and development teams to align email content with brand guidelines, product releases, and broader digital strategies. The specialist also analyzes campaign data, prepares performance reports, and suggests optimizations to improve deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Email Marketing Software skills, including experience with leading ESPs or marketing cloud platforms.




- Candidates should possess Marketing Automation skills to design and manage automated journeys, drip campaigns, and triggered communications.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Analytics skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and generate actionable campaign insights.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, leveraging email campaigns to capture, nurture, and qualify prospects.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for transparent, compelling copywriting and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; prior experience in email or digital marketing for e-commerce is preferred.
