Role Description The ELV Engineer will work full time in a hybrid arrangement based in Surat, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing ELV systems such as IP CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, networking, and building management systems, in line with project specifications and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and documentation, conducting site surveys, coordinating with project managers and installation teams, and supporting system integration and testing.





The ELV Engineer will troubleshoot issues, perform system optimization, and provide technical support during commissioning and after-sales service. The role also requires collaboration with vendors, participation in client meetings, and adherence to safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of ELV systems such as IP CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, networking (wired and wireless), and building management systems.
- Experience in system design, configuration, integration, and testing for security, surveillance, and communication solutions.
- Ability to prepare technical drawings, documentation, BOQs, and reports using relevant tools and software.
- Hands-on experience with installation supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices related to ELV, data centers, and command and control environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with readiness to work on-site in Surat and occasional field visits.
- Prior experience in smart city projects, critical communication, or large-scale security installations is an advantage.
