About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents regarding courses, colleges, admissions, and career opportunities, while converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and admission opportunities.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable options.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, fees, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the admissions and management team for smooth enrollment.

Required Skills




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Positive counseling and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.

Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Education Counseling, Admission Counseling, Sales Counseling, or a related role.
- Candidates with strong communication and sales/conversion skills are preferred.
