Role Description The Edp / Poc Associate is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This position supports day-to-day store and operations activities, including managing customer inquiries and orders, coordinating point-of-contact communication between customers and internal teams, and updating records or systems related to sales and inventory. The associate helps ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and reporting, while assisting with basic administrative work and internal coordination as needed.

The role requires consistent interaction with customers, timely follow-up on requests,



and close collaboration with store staff and management to maintain smooth operational workflows and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and data entry skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, CRM or POS systems, and routine documentation tasks.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requests, maintain accurate records, and meet daily operational deadlines.
- Candidates should possess customer service and problem-solving abilities to address inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in retail, jewelry, or service-oriented environments (fresh graduates with relevant aptitude may also be considered).
- Candidates should have at least a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to work on-site in the Greater Coimbatore Area, including weekends or peak business hours as required.
