Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 SALES Technical Consultant to provide L3 support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements for a heavily customized Dynamics 365 SALES workplace. The role requires strong expertise in Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, JavaScript, C#, plugins, and integrations.

Experience

5-10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics SALES / Dynamics 365 experience

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support for Dynamics 365 SALES and Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to customizations, workflows, integrations, security, and service accounts.
- Develop and maintain JavaScript customizations, plugins, custom workflows, and integrations.
- Manage Dynamics 365 security roles, business units, service accounts, and environment administration.
- Perform root cause analysis, deployment validation, regression testing, and production issue resolution.
- Deliver prioritized business enhancements and support release management activities.





Required Skills
- Dynamics 365 SALES administration and customization.
- Dataverse architecture, administration, and data model design.
- JavaScript, C#/.NET, plugins, custom workflows, and form scripting.
- Power Automate, Power Platform solution management, and environment administration.
- Web API and integration development.
- Security roles, service accounts, Entra ID concepts, and ALM practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support experience.

Preferred Skills
- Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with heavily customized model-driven applications.
- Experience in application stabilization, technical debt remediation, and offshore team collaboration.
