Role Description This full-time, in office DSA with C/C++ Instructor role is based in Noida. The instructor will design and deliver structured courses in Data Structures and Algorithms using C and C++, including lectures, hands-on labs, and problem-solving sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing learning materials, creating assignments and assessments, reviewing code submissions, and providing individual feedback to learners.

The role involves mentoring students for hackathons, coding competitions, and hiring challenges hosted on Where U Elevate® platforms, while ensuring that course content aligns with industry expectations. The instructor will collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve curricula,



integrate AI-driven learning insights, and support innovation-focused learning initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong programming skills in C and C++, including practical experience with Data Structures and Algorithms, memory management, and optimization.
- Solid understanding of core computer science concepts such as algorithm design and analysis, complexity (time and space), and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical training in programming, DSA, or related areas, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Ability to design structured curricula, create learning resources (slides, notes, coding exercises), and develop assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
- Comfort with competitive programming, coding challenges, and hackathon-style problem statements, and the ability to guide learners through them.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a learner-centric approach and the ability to engage diverse groups of students.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; higher qualifications or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with modern development tools, version control (e.g., Git), and online coding platforms; prior exposure to AI-driven or gamified learning platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt course content to evolving industry and innovation needs.
